1. About Savor

Savor is a wellness app that helps users scan meals, understand estimated nutrition, view meal scores, track daily progress, and receive simple goal based suggestions. Savor is not a medical device. Savor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Savor is for general wellness and informational purposes only. You should speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making major changes to your diet, exercise, weight, or health routine.

3. Meal Photos and Food Data

Savor allows users to scan or upload meal photos. When you scan or upload a meal, Savor may process the image to identify foods, estimate nutrition, generate a meal score, show goal support, and provide simple suggestions. Meal photos and meal related information may be used to provide meal scanning, nutrition estimates, meal scores, goal based insights, app functionality, support, troubleshooting, safety, and service improvement. Meal analysis is based on estimates. Food recognition, portion estimates, calories, macros, meal scores, and suggestions may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Savor as your only source for medical, nutrition, allergy, or health decisions.

4. Camera and Photo Library Access

Savor may request access to your camera so you can take meal photos for scanning. Savor may request access to your photo library so you can upload meal photos for scanning. Savor only uses camera and photo access for app features you choose to use, such as scanning or uploading meals.

5. Health and Wellness Information

Savor may collect wellness related information you choose to provide, such as your goals, body metrics, activity level, meal history, macro targets, calorie targets, and progress. We use this information to personalize your experience, calculate estimated targets, show meal and day scores, and provide goal based suggestions. Savor does not collect information directly from Apple Health unless we add that feature and ask for your permission.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Savor may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze meal photos, identify foods, estimate nutrition, score meals, and provide personalized wellness insights. To provide these features, Savor may send meal photos, meal information, and related app data to artificial intelligence service providers. AI results are estimates and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from actual nutrition values. Savor’s AI features are not medical advice and should not be treated as professional nutrition, medical, or dietetic guidance.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Savor may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, and in app purchases. Payments, subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment or subscription provider. Savor does not directly store full credit card numbers or full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the payment provider according to its own privacy policy. We may receive subscription related information such as purchase status, trial status, renewal status, cancellation status, product purchased, and transaction identifiers so we can provide paid features.

9. Third Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Savor, including providers for: Cloud hosting Databases Authentication App analytics Crash reporting Performance monitoring Customer support Payment processing Subscription management Artificial intelligence processing Image processing Email delivery Security and fraud prevention These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Savor or as required by law. Depending on the final app setup, these providers may include services such as Supabase, OpenAI, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, Expo, or similar service providers.

10. Website Data and Cookies

When you visit the Savor website, we may collect basic website usage information, such as pages viewed, device type, browser type, approximate location, referral source, and interactions with the site. We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, understand usage, improve performance, and maintain security.

11. Tracking and Advertising

Savor does not sell personal information. Savor does not use meal photos, health goals, or wellness information for third party advertising. If Savor ever uses data for tracking as defined by Apple, we will request permission where required before doing so.

12. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide Savor, operate the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve our services. Meal data, account data, and progress data may be kept while your account is active. We may retain limited information after account deletion if needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or compliance reasons.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us at: management@2genmedia.com Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request We will take reasonable steps to delete or de identify your personal information unless we are required or allowed to keep certain information for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. If Apple, Google, or another payment provider manages your subscription, deleting your Savor account may not automatically cancel your subscription. You may need to cancel your subscription through the App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will always remain secure. You are responsible for keeping your account login information safe.

15. Children’s Privacy

Savor is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

16. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of certain sharing.
